COMMIT and CONNECT

Saturday & Sunday

23 & 24 February 2013

We are born in relationship…
We are wounded in relationship…
We are healed in relationship…

COMMIT and CONNECT seminar
Trained facilitator, Grete Becker, presents a dynamic approach to healing and enriching relationships combining the work of Harville Hendrix – Imago Relationship Therapy – and Hedy Schleifer – Encounter-centered Couples Therapy. This workshop will help couples develop a vibrant and connected relationship by teaching skills that promote understanding, growth and safety. Conflict is a friend – it is maturity knocking at the door. Embrace it. Our relationship is not a problem that must be solved. It is an adventure to embark upon, a gift to unpack, a mystery that must be understood and a secret that must be uncovered.

This workshop is for you if:
• You want to resolve intense conflict.
• Your relationship is on the rocks and you need to make a decision.
• You are tired of being in an unsatisfactory relationship and want to learn to acquire the love you want.
• You are starting a new relationship and want it to last.
• You want to enrich an existing good relationship.
• You want to revive a once vibrant marriage.

The aim of the workshop:
This workshop is aimed at developing a conscious marriage so that true love can emerge. In a safe and structured environment partners learn to:
• Discover the unconscious agenda which brought you together.
• View each other anew.
• View each other as people in need of healing.
• Truly meet one another’s needs.
• Rediscover lost and repressed parts of yourselves to be fully alive again.
• Reduce frustration with specific behaviour change requests.
• Learn skills to deepen communication.
• Rekindle romance, passion and true love.
